Our skilled team also undertakes general plumbing and electrical work, providing a convenient, all-in-one approach for both domestic and commercial clients. Our current Summer Service offer is only £59 (inc VAT) for boiler servicing in July or August. Book emergency repairs from £99, boiler servicing from £79, and Gas Safety Certificates starting at £109. For landlords and homeowners, EICR reports start at £299, while full boiler replacements are available from £1,895. All prices include VAT.

After having a gas safety certificate, why is my boiler 'AT RISK'?Your boiler may have the potential for fatal faults in the very near future, affecting life or property.

Do I have to get my boiler serviced every year?If you're a landlord, all properties that are rented out need to be certified and serviced every 12 months by law. If you own the home, there is no legal requirement, but it's a good idea to have a service every year to make sure your boiler is safe and to catch any problems early, saving you money in the long run.

How long from the first call will you attend?We aim to attend the same day of your call, unless you have a specific date in mind. For emergencies, we aim to attend within 2 hours.

What will you do if our appliance is unsafe?If you have an unsafe appliance, for instance your boiler, we will always offer a route for repair when possible. If we believe there’s a reason to recommend a new appliance, we will provide two quotes, one to repair and one to replace.

How long does it take if you’ve shut my boiler off?We never like to leave someone without heating or hot water, especially if they’re vulnerable or have children. We aim to have your installation complete and your heating/hot water back on within 24 to 48 hours.

What do I do if I am vulnerable, or have any needs that may make the callout difficult for me?If you have access to support, carers, friends or family, we are always happy to accommodate your needs, and can go through our visit with anyone you feel most comfortable with. We have both men and women available if you would feel more comfortable talking with someone else.
